Hello! I’m a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), mental health counselor, and owner of Holistic Psychiatry PNW.
I believe that effective mental health care starts with understanding your unique story—your experiences, medical history, current symptoms, and daily habits. I thoroughly enjoy developing a personalized and integrative treatment plan that reflects your individual needs. My goal is to work together to address and overcome the challenges that brought you to my practice, helping you move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
In my work, I've had the opportunity to delve into various specialized areas of healthcare and community support. I’ve written and presented on topics such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and competent care for gender-diverse patients. Additionally, I’m a co-developer of the Youth Substance Use + Recovery program at the LGBT Community Center in NYC.
