Billing

All billing services are handled by Headway. For more details, please review their Understanding Health Insurance page. If you have specific questions about your insurance coverage, contact your health insurance company directly.

If Holistic Psychiatry PNW is out-of-network with your insurance, you still may be eligible for reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

Fees for private pay

We accept payments via debit or credit card. An active card must be on file to schedule an appointment. Charges are processed on the day of your appointment.

60 minute intake sessions: $375

30 minute follow-up: $250

50 minute follow-up: $350
